When To Arrive & Depart
ARRIVE MONDAY EVENING OR TUESDAY BY 8AM / 12 PM ET
If you’re attending any of our pre-conference programing, we suggest you arrive on Monday, May 15 or early Tuesday, May 16. Pre-conference summits start at 10 am ET on Tuesday, May 16.
The first conference session for EFG2023 starts on Tuesday, May 16 at 3 pm ET. We suggest landing at Atlanta Hartsfield–Jackson International Airport at 12 pm ET or earlier.
DEPART THURSDAY AFTER 4 PM ET
The final conference session ends at 1:30 pm ET on Thursday, May 18. To allow ample time for travel to the airport and navigating security lines, we recommend booking flights to depart no earlier than 4 pm ET.
