Molly Day
Chief Operating Officer, Moms First
Molly Day serves as Chief Operating Officer at Moms First, a national nonprofit transforming our workplaces, our government, and our culture to enable moms in America to thrive. In her role as COO, Molly translates vision into strategy across Moms First’s three issue pillars – paid leave, child care, and pay equity – and drives results in their work to galvanize private sector leaders, policymakers, and most importantly, moms. Prior to Moms First, Molly led the campaign Paid Leave for the United States (PL+US) to pass federal paid family and medical leave by 2022 and prior to that, served as Chief Strategy Officer at LIFT, a national nonprofit working to break the cycle of poverty by investing in parents. Molly lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband, two kids (ages 4 and 1), and their faithful rescue dog.
Sara Jamshidi
Director, Corporate Partnerships, Share Our Strength | No Kid Hungry
Sara Jamshidi serves as Director, Corporate Partnerships at Share Our Strength, the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign. In her role, Sara proudly leads all restaurant partnerships for the organization – helping to build strategic relationships that raise critical funds and awareness to support No Kid Hungry’s mission of ending childhood hunger in America. Sara also leads the Dine for No Kid Hungry Advisory Board, a cohort of leading restaurant industry executives working to elevate the role the industry plays in ending childhood hunger. She has been with the organization for nearly 10 years and loves working with brands to do good in their communities while also driving key business objectives and results.

Michele Lampach is the Bobbie for Change Lead, running the social impact + policy arm of formula company, Bobbie. She is a mother of two, a human rights attorney and prior to Bobbie, founded and led UnLocal, Inc. a non-profit that provides legal representation and community education to New York City’s undocumented immigrant communities.

Melanie Newell is President of Rocket Social Impact, an agency unlocking opportunity for corporations and nonprofits through social impact strategy, communications, and partnership development. Melanie’s work at Rocket is fueled by her over 15+ years of experience developing CSR strategies, social impact partnerships and employee activation initiatives for national nonprofits and companies. Her diverse background includes developing and implementing purpose strategies for organizations such as the National Park Foundation, No Kid Hungry, Make-A-Wish America, March of Dimes, Covenant House, American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Rite Aid, Focus Brands, Shutterfly, Papa John’s and more.

Sonal Patel is the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at theSkimm, a digital media company dedicated to succinctly giving women the information they need to make confident decisions, making it easier to live smarter. In her current role, Sonal works to elevate theSkimm’s brand and company spokespeople through media relations, thought leadership and brand campaigns, in addition to helping spearhead theSkimm’s #ShowUsYourLeave viral movement, #StateOfWomen campaign and #ShowUsYouChildCare initiative. In her previous roles, she has created and executed strategies focused on public relations, brand marketing, partnerships, event management, influencer marketing, and social media, working in-house for brands including EdTech platform, Sawyer and British lifestyle brand, Joules, as well as clients like Hotel Chocolat, Rebecca Minkoff, K-Swiss and Hanky Panky.
