The 2026 Halo Award Finalists are here, and this year’s cohort raises the bar for what corporate-nonprofit collaboration can achieve. These awards honor innovative, purpose-driven initiatives that go beyond traditional corporate philanthropy, demonstrating the power of collaboration in solving some of society’s most pressing challenges.

Each finalist was recognized for driving measurable results for their cause and their bottom line, pushing the field forward in the process.

Across 15 categories, this year’s finalists represent the most innovative, high-impact work in corporate social responsibility today. Together, they’re redefining what’s possible when companies and nonprofits stop treating partnership as a transaction and start treating it as a strategy.

Winners will be honored at The Halo Awards Gala on Thursday, April 23rd at the Engage for Good Annual Conference in Palm Springs, California.

Corporation of the year

MATTEL
Mattel is being recognized for demonstrating how a global brand can integrate purpose across its entire portfolio, connecting product design, partnerships, and corporate strategy in ways that reinforce both impact and business performance. Through Play it Forward initiatives and partnerships with organizations like Save the Children, Baby2Baby, and Make-A-Wish, Mattel has shown that purpose is not a campaign or a side initiative. It is a strategic force that shapes culture, drives results, and creates lasting impact. Their 80 Moments for 80 Years campaign mobilized thousands of employees across 14 countries through more than 150 purpose-driven activations, far exceeding their original goal and setting a new benchmark for what purposeful leadership looks like in practice.

Through its network of 763 local affiliates and partners including Anheuser-Busch and The Coca-Cola Company, Keep America Beautiful has created accessible, meaningful pathways for people to care for the places they call home. In 2025 alone, more than 2.3 million volunteers improved 621,000 acres of public land, picked up 18 million pounds of litter, and delivered $64 million in value to local communities. Their work proves that when people feel genuinely connected to a place, they act to protect it.
