Using Supporter Passes To Register Your Team
Registering Team Members for the Conference:
Please click here for the complimentary registration link, or distribute this registration link ONLY to your colleagues who will be using the free passes. Your supporter package entitles you to passes to the conference as well as to a relevant pre-conference workshop and a special VIP reception on the evening of May 30th. Please note: To check if you have an account in our system, enter your email address in the Existing Member portion of the form and click ‘Forgot Password’. If you do NOT already have an account, you will need to create an account as a new user in order to access this complimentary registration form. We must receive these registrations by April 18 to ensure they are included in the conference roster. If you have questions about how many sponsor passes you are entitled to, please email Joanne Hanrahan.
Substitutions:
If you need to substitute a new attendee for someone on your team that has already been registered, please use this form.

Shipping:
All materials should arrive at the hotel on or before Friday, May 26 as Monday, May 29 is a holiday.
How to Label Your Packages (IMPORTANT!):
Your shipping labels should be clearly and prominently marked as follows (including items sent by third-party printers/vendors), so that we can ensure you have what you need onsite.

Please also fill out an EFG shipping label for each box that you ship. Tape this form in a visible position on your package. This label does not replace the shipping label required by FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier.
Attendee Packet Inserts:
If we are including your materials in attendee packets, it is critical that you package these separately and check off “ATTENDEE PACKET INSERTS” on the EFG shipping label. We will be preparing the packets in advance and will need to find these materials quickly. All materials must be addressed as outlined above.
