PLATFORM AND A/V PREPARATIONS
We’ll be hosting EFG2021 on Zoom.
The most important thing for a solid Zoom experience is a strong internet connection and ensuring you have the latest version of Zoom installed.

If you already have Zoom installed, here’s how to check for updates.
Please use a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone, if you have them. This will eliminate echo when we have multiple presenters.
PRESENTATION AND AUDIO VISUAL DETAILS
May 14th is the deadline for sending us your preliminary slide deck/outline if you plan to use one during your presentation. These presentations will be shared via a conference dashboard with all attendees.
If you are comfortable doing so, you will share your slide deck from your computer (we’ll walk through this during your A/V run through)
Are you planning to use video in your presentation? We need to know and must have it in advance! Please plan to embed your videos into your slide deck but also send us a copy of the actual video file. Recommended formats are .avi, ,.mp4 or .mov. Sorry, no internet video will be permitted due to low quality and buffering challenges. If you have an internet video you’d like to show, we may be able to help you convert it to a hard file.
