All conference activities will take place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA.
Our room block at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa is now sold out. However, for your convenience, we’ve secured a room block next door at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas, available at a special conference rate of $395/night.

WHEN TO ARRIVE & DEPART
ARRIVE Tuesday evening. Join us for a casual evening of drinks and games to kick off your conference experience in a fun and relaxed setting. If you’re attending any pre-conference programming, we suggest arriving on April 21st or early April 22nd. Pre-conference summits start at 1:00 pm PT on Tuesday, April 22nd.
The first official conference session begins on Wednesday, April 23, at 9:30 am PT.
DEPART Friday morning
The final conference session ends at 5:00 pm PT on Thursday, April 24. The Halo Awards Gala and afterparty end at 10:30 pm PT on Thursday, April 24. We recommend flying out on Friday – the later the better so you can enjoy a work-free Friday morning in the sun
