MEMBER WEBINAR

Designing a Corporate Benefits Matrix

This webinar brings one of our most popular #EFG2024 Workshops to the entire memberbase.

Join the American Immigration Council’s Sofi Goode and GLSEN’s Leah Kartun for a digital workshop on how to build a best-in-class benefits matrix that excites companies to see you as a business and thought partner, and not just a charity. Sofi & Leah will outline the fundamental components of a compelling benefits matrix, including how to identify which benefits to offer, structure them into tiers, price them, and position them as a critical part of your pitching process. They will also provide strategies for getting internal buy-in to offer these benefits and how cross-departmental processes should operate to drive success for your organization and your corporate partner.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional refining your strategy or new to benefits planning, this digital workshop will equip you with actionable insights and tools to build lasting corporate partnerships.
