Responsible for developing, expanding and managing up to $20 million in revenue for corporate partners who participate in cause marketing and sponsorship programs on a national and multi regional level. Develops and implements national and regional plan for top level cause-marketing partners. Duties include measurable strategic planning, implementing tactics, executing programs, managing relationships at various levels within a company, and expanding marketing and fundraising efforts while maximizing the funds and awareness raised for St. Jude. Responsible for assisting with leading, mentoring and developing account managers and account representatives. May serve and lead division and organization task forces/committees as directed.
- Requires a thorough knowledge of fund raising, marketing and public relations, very strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- public speaking skills; comprehension of difficult verbal and written instructions;
- working knowledge of MS Office products and web browsers and navigation (Microsoft Internet Explorer);
- knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years or more of sales, public relations, marketing, or non profit experience; a minimum of 2 years of account management experience;
