We’re seeking a manager, digital communications to elevate public awareness of our Foundation’s brand and mission. Based in Dublin, Ohio, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft and implement integrated digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. As an experienced digital content creator and strategic thinker, you’ll leverage your strong writing skills, analytical mindset and keen attention to detail to recommend and execute innovative strategies. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness and extend our reach through various digital channels, all while maintaining the integrity of the Foundation’s brand voice. Key Deliverables:
- Write and/or inform content for engagement emails and blogs that educate about the urgent need for foster care adoption and the Foundation’s role in addressing it, including signature programs, news, stories of impact, free educational resources and ways to get involved
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies and tactics, ensuring consistency in key messages and brand voice
- Provide direction to the digital communications coordinator’s posting of social content and visuals that raise public awareness, engage and steward donors and promote event participation; provide support with responding to inquiries via social channels and info. email, as needed; manage boosting of high-performing content
- Partner with external agency to recommend, implement and manage influencer campaigns that increase engagement in our channels and attract new audiences. Provide guidance and talking points for influencers and partners’ use on social media
- Utilize project management tools to organize and track analytics, provide insights to internal teams and inform future campaigns based on data and feedback
- Leverage social media software and tools, such as Sprout Social and Google Analytics (GA4), to track and assess social engagement metrics to support quarterly marketing reports and scorecards with key performance summaries
What You Bring:
- Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital communications and social media management
- Experience managing social media communities and/or contributing content, utilizing various channels and management tools strategically and translating analytics into action-oriented information; experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or iMovie and Canva to create visuals, a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects; proficient use of project management systems that aid internal communications and planning; knowledge of Asana preferred
