Shatterproof’s Gary Mendell delivers a raw and vulnerable account of losing his son to Substance Use Disorder (SUD). He calls on social impact leaders to confront the stigma associated with SUD head-on, providing strategies for leveraging advocacy to create meaningful change. Mendell presents a framework grounded in science and research, principles upon which Shatterproof is founded, to guide corporations and nonprofit organizations in combating the injustices related to SUD.
