Please Note: The registration system does require each attendee to have an account in our EFG database. To check if you have an account in our system, enter your email address in the Existing Member portion of the form and click ‘Forgot Password’. If you do NOT already have an account, you will need to create an account as a new user in order to access this complimentary registration form. Each person has to register using their own username and password (including creating it if they don’t have one) or the person who wants to register them has to have the username and password of the person being registered.
Discounted Passes: Please use this form to purchase your discounted passes. Your discount code is in your sponsor activation email.

We will again be using the Whova conference app as the digital hub for the Engage for Good Conference. In addition to tracking the agenda and interacting with attendees, Whova has newly enabled features to allow sponsors to:
– Add a promotional offer
– Collect leads by scanning a QR code
– Upload videos and handouts
– Schedule live showcases at your booth

The EFG2023 Exhibit Hall will be open, starting at 5:15 pm, on Tuesday, May 16, and run through the Morning Breakfast on Thursday, May 18, with set times when attendees will be encouraged to visit. Sponsors are encouraged to have staff at their booths all day Wednesday and Thursday morning to interact with conference attendees.
Set-up will begin on Tuesday, May 16, at 12:00 pm. Your table will be marked with your organization’s name (we do not have booth numbers). Booths should be set up by 4:30 pm. Tear-down can begin at approximately 9:00 am on May 18 and should be completed by 1:00 pm.
Please Note: The hotel will not be providing overnight security, so please plan to remove any items you are concerned about.

All materials should arrive at the hotel by Wednesday, May 10 at the earliest (not before or you will be charged additional storage fees!). Please note that the Westin Peachtree staff will assist with any return shipping that you may need, but that you are responsible for return shipping/handling costs for your materials, packaging all materials and labeling them for pick-up. There is a FedEx Office location on-site at the hotel for support.
