Your logo and up to 50 words of copy will appear on the EFG2019 ‘Sponsors‘ page. If you are a returning sponsor, we’ll confirm the logo and copy we have on file with you. If you’re a new sponsor or need to update your logo, please provide a high-res version in .eps, .jpg, .pdf or .png files in both black and white. This copy can also contain a weblink.

Registering Team Members for the Conference:
Please click here for the complimentary registration link, or distribute this registration link ONLY to your colleagues who will be using the free passes. Please note: To check if you have an account in our system, enter your email address in the Existing Member portion of the form and click ‘Forgot Password’. If you do NOT already have an account, you will need to create an account as a new user in order to access this complimentary registration form. We must receive these registrations by May 3 to ensure they are included in the conference roster. If you have questions about how many sponsor passes you are entitled to, please email Joanne Hanrahan.

A reminder for partners or clients: the Early Bird registration deadline is March 15, 2019.

Substitutions:
If you need to substitute a new attendee for someone on your team that has already been registered, please use this form.

We will be distributing a “Meet the Sponsors” email blast to all Engage for Good Conference attendees two weeks before the event.  Please send us a 50-75 word company description by April 26 to ensure that your company is featured in the email blast.  You can instruct us to use the copy you submitted for the Sponsor Page or you can send new copy that promotes what you’ll be doing at the conference to Joanne Hanrahan.

Exhibit Day at EFG2019:
The “Exhibit Hall” will be open on Thursday, May 30th for regular sponsors. See below for information on set-up and tear-down times.

Exhibit Format:
You will be provided with a 6.5′ x 2′, table (black spandex linen cover is provided). Chicago Fire Code regulations only permit ONE (1) pop-up banner beside your exhibit table pushed against the wall, it cannot be placed on top of your exhibit table. For specific requests, please email Jenna Iverson at the Radisson Blu or call her at (312) 234-0102.

Power and Other A/V Needs:
If you need electrical power for equipment at your table (or other equipment), please email Reece Krider, Encore Event Technologies, Radisson Blu or call him at (312) 565-5258 x6704 . You will also need to complete this Exhibit Order Form.

Set-Up:
We will be on-site at the hotel on Monday, May 27th and will work to ensure your materials have arrived and are ready for set-up on Thursday, May 30th at 6:00 am. The first attendee traffic will start when breakfast begins in the exhibit hall at 8:00 am.

Break-down:
Breakdown can begin at 2:30 pm on May 30th and should be completed by 3:50pm.

Please note that the Radisson Blu staff will assist with any return shipping that you may need, but that you are responsible for return shipping/handling costs for your materials. Please plan to bring shipping labels to use.

Shipping:
All materials should arrive at the hotel on Friday, May 24 (not before!). Once you’ve shipped your materials, please send tracking information to Joanne Hanrahan so we can help ensure your packages arrive at the right place. The hotel also requires you to fill out this Box Handling Form. Jenna Iverson from the RadissonBlu will be in contact with you to ensure completion of this form no later than May 15.

How to Label Your Packages (IMPORTANT!):
Your shipping labels should be clearly and prominently marked as follows (including items sent by third-party printers/vendors), so that we can ensure you have what you need onsite.

Please complete this EFG box label for each box that you ship. Tape this form in a visible position on your package and be sure to mark whether the contents contain exhibit materials or attendee inserts. This label does not replace the shipping label required by FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier.

Attendee Packet Inserts:

Please check your sponsor contract to determine if this is applicable to your sponsorship. If so, please email a .PDF sample of what you plan to insert in the attendee packets to Joanne Hanrahan no later than May 3. These inserts must be 8.5 x 11 or smaller and no more than 2 pages (or 3 if a small tri-fold brochure). Plan to ship 650 inserts.

If we are including your materials in attendee packets, it is critical that you package these separately and check off “ATTENDEE PACKET INSERTS” on the EFG box label. We will be preparing the packets in advance and will need to find these materials quickly. All materials must be addressed as outlined above.
