Based on input we’ve received from senior nonprofit leaders, Engage for Good Nonprofit Organization Members will now enjoy an exciting new benefit.

Corporate Alliance Leader Mastermind (CALM) groups will serve as an invaluable network of senior nonprofit professionals focused on corporate development. Each EFG Nonprofit Organization member may nominate one senior executive to join a Mastermind group.

This is a great opportunity to learn and expand your network by taking part in small online chats with colleagues from other nonprofit organizations who share similar responsibilities and challenges.

Mastermind Groups will meet quarterly and will be moderated by a subject matter expert facilitator. Participants will interact more frequently in private, online groups.

Quarterly meetings will feature:

• A short presentation by a participant on a subject of group interest (e.g. “Best Practices In Partner Stewardship” or “Hiring and Retaining Strong Corporate Development Managers In A Remote Work Environment”)
• A discussion of that topic
• A more broad-ranging discussion designed to help you to get to know and support one another and surface topics of mutual interest.
