Express Employment Professionals, a staffing company, is asking consumers to help allocate $10,000 to a deserving nonprofit organization in celebration of a recent major milestone – collectively logging a total of 3 million hours in one week over 550 franchise locations. This new campaign asks participants to vote online and choose between Big Brothers Big Sisters, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Habitat for Humanity through December 30th.
Our Take:
This is a great example of a company turning an internal milestone into an external event through cause. We're left wondering what the company-cause tie might be between Express and the selected charities and are curious to know if this will be an effective campaign on a B2B level for Express and potential employers.
