Giving Tuesday is the single largest fundraising day of the year for the No Kid Hungry campaign. For the past three years, Citi has partnered with No Kid Hungry to match donations and raise awareness on Giving Tuesday. In 2018, the two organizations deepened the partnership, raising more than ever before on an increasingly competitive day.
The keys to this year’s successes were activating new Citi assets that had never before been a part of the campaign, such as their 700+ retail banking branches; creating emotional moments via digital storytelling; and leveraging influencers and media partnerships to reach consumers. By partnering together, Citi and No Kid Hungry were able to achieve record breaking results.
