Invisible - Sapient Nitro
In 2015, SapientNitro realized that gender diversity amongst its senior leadership was a workplace imperative.
Research shows that individuals who have taken a career break, primarily women, experience great difficulty when attempting to restart their careers. To that end, SapientNitro developed a Career Return program to help facilitate re-entry and develop talented professionals who are looking to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce.
The Invisible campaign supported Sapient’s Career Return program and the video below was one of two designed to open the eyes of the viewer to the struggles of those who leave the work force and then seek to come back later.
Viewers were then invited them to take part in the campaign through the invisible.careers website, where they could learn more about the issue and submit their own stories.
