Midwestern retailed Meijer has launched an interactive digital experience using 360-degree video to feature holiday products and incentivizing consumer participating by offering 3 daily prizes with a grand prize of $10,000 to the winner along with a $10,000 donation to a pre-approved local food pantry.
Our Take:
We applaud Meijer for incorporating a cause into their creative digital campaign this holiday season. It does, however, feel like more of an add-on than a campaign focal point with little messaging around the hunger cause itself.
