In the third year of its holiday cause marketing program, LivingSocial will donate one percent of the proceeds from every daily deal purchased in the U.S. to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Additionally, one percent of proceeds from daily deals in select international markets to support projects that are part of the GlobalGiving community.
Our Take:
Living Social is careful to point out on their website that donations to Toys for Tots are routed to local outposts, a smart key message. In our never-ending quest for full disclosure, we'd like to see campaign minimum/maximums shared.
